Returns

We want you to love your lelumé pieces for years to come. 

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or online credit note. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are not permitted on sale items in our EOFY sale.

In order to return your item, please contact us at hello@lelume.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order, with your number and the item/s you wish to return.

In regards to returns, please note the following:

  • All items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with tags attached
  • Sale items are not accepted for return or exchange, so please choose carefully before purchasing 
  • In line with Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the return item is faulty or damaged. It is advised that you use a traceable method of post as lelumè will not be held responsible for any parcels lost during transit. Any fees incurred for international customers are the responsibility of the customer and not of lelumè.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock upon the return item being processed. 

We kindly ask that you place a new order and arrange a return via the steps above.
